Showmine Entertainment – Payment and Refund Policy
This Payment and Refund Policy explains how payments are processed on the Showmine Entertainment platform and under what circumstances refunds may be issued. By subscribing to or purchasing any service, content, or feature on Showmine Entertainment, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
Accepted Methods: Showmine Entertainment accepts payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile payment services, and any other method displayed at checkout.
Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually (depending on your plan) on the date you first subscribed, unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Pricing Changes: Showmine Entertainment may adjust subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply from your next billing cycle.
- New users may be eligible for free trials or promotional offers as advertised.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable fees will be charged.

Accidental Payments: If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.
Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing Showmine Entertainment services and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Third-Party Payments: If you subscribed through a third-party provider (such as app stores, mobile carriers, or resellers), their payment and refund policies will apply. You must contact them directly for refunds.
