Showmine Entertainment Terms of Use
Introduction
Showmine Entertainment offers a subscription-based service that gives members access to a wide range of entertainment content (“Showmine Content”) via the internet on supported devices such as smart TVs, computers, mobile phones, and other compatible platforms (“Showmine-ready devices”).
The service is operated by Showmine Entertainment Ltd. These Terms of Use regulate your use of our platform. References to “Showmine service,” “our service,” or “the service” mean the personalized entertainment service provided by Showmine Entertainment, which includes discovery and access to Showmine Content, features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, websites, applications, user interfaces, and all software connected to the service. References to “you” or “your” mean the account holder who created the membership and whose payment method is billed.
Membership
1.1. Continuation of Membership
Your Showmine Entertainment membership will remain active until you cancel it. To use the service, you must have internet access, a Showmine-ready device, and provide at least one valid payment method (“Payment Method”). Unless you cancel before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee for the next cycle to your chosen Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).
1.2. Subscription Plans
We may provide different subscription packages, including those bundled with third-party services. Showmine Entertainment is not responsible for the services or products offered by such third parties. Some plans may come with additional terms or restrictions, which will be communicated during sign-up or in other notices. You can view details about your subscription by logging into your account on our official website.
1.3. Promotional Offers
Occasionally, we may introduce promotional plans, discounts, or offers (“Offers”). Eligibility for these promotions is determined solely by Showmine Entertainment, and we may revoke any Offer if we believe you are ineligible. Households with active or recent memberships may not qualify for certain introductory promotions. Offer conditions and requirements will be disclosed at the time of sign-up.
Billing and Cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle
Your subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes or transaction charges, will be billed to your Payment Method on the date shown in your account settings. The billing cycle length depends on the subscription plan chosen. In certain cases, your payment date may shift (e.g., unsuccessful transactions, plan changes, or months with fewer days). We may pre-authorize your Payment Method to ensure successful billing.
3.2. Payment Methods
You must maintain at least one valid Payment Method to continue using our service. If your primary Payment Method fails, we may attempt to charge any other payment option linked to your account. You remain responsible for outstanding payments. If no valid Payment Method is available, access to the service may be suspended until payment is settled. Some providers may charge additional fees (e.g., international transaction charges).
3.3. Updating Payment Methods
You can update your Payment Methods through the “Account” page. Showmine Entertainment may also update your Payment Method details through information received from payment processors.
3.4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Showmine Entertainment membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you subscribed through a third-party platform, cancellation must be managed through that platform (e.g., disabling auto-renew).
3.5. Price and Plan Changes
We may adjust subscription fees and plans from time to time. Any changes will be communicated at least one month in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership before they take effect.
Service Use
4.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to create a Showmine account. Minors may use the service only under adult supervision.
4.2. Personal Use Only
The Showmine service and all related content are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared outside your household unless your plan specifically permits. Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to stream Showmine Content.
4.3. Geographic Restrictions
Content availability varies by region. You may only access content in areas where Showmine Entertainment operates and holds rights. Device limits for simultaneous streaming depend on your subscription plan.
4.4. Content Availability and Features
Our content library changes regularly, and we do not guarantee the availability of specific titles. Some features (e.g., live events, special promotions) may include advertisements or sponsorships. We may also test new functionalities, which you can opt out of through account settings.
4.5. Downloads and Offline Viewing
Certain titles may be temporarily downloaded for offline viewing on supported devices (“Offline Titles”). Restrictions may apply, including limits on the number of downloads, devices, and playback locations.

Streaming quality depends on your device, internet speed, and location. Minimum requirements are 3 Mbps for HD (720p), 5 Mbps for Full HD (1080p), and 15 Mbps for Ultra HD (4K). Showmine is not responsible for internet or data usage charges from your provider.
4.8. Software Updates
The Showmine application is licensed for use only on authorized devices. Features may vary by platform, and software updates may be applied automatically.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activities carried out on your Showmine account. By granting others access, you authorize them to act on your behalf. Protect your login details and Payment Method information to prevent unauthorized access. Providing false account information may result in account suspension.
Warranties and Liability
The Showmine Entertainment service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showmine Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
